Convention Registration Fee:  $40.00   Late Registration Fee:  $50.00 Deadline Date:  July 22, 2010
You will be responsible for reserving your own rooms and meal plans
Room Rates:  $81.00/Single-Double   $91.00/Triple   $101.00/Quad
Each one attending will be required to pay a $40.00 deposit; credit will be given on final bill

DEADLINE DATE:  JULY 22, 2010

Meal Plan:  5 meals (Buffet Style in Dining Hall) Thursday Dinner thru Saturday Breakfast-Total  $49.75

            Gather together in Registration Area to do Goodie Bags:  10:00 a.m.

            All states are to bring items for the Goodie Bags, start gathering now;
 West Virginia WCG will bring bags and make folders with all information

            Registration:  2:00-5:00 p.m. ( North Carolina WCG)

            Dinner:  5:30-6:30PM (Main Dining Hall)

            Worship Service:  7:30- 9:30 p.m. (Rev. Jeannette Flynn, Mandy Bohm & CheChe Mobley)

            Registration:  After Worship Service for one hour (North Carolina WCG)

FRIDAY, AUGUST 13, 2010

            Breakfast:  7:15-8:15 a.m. (Main Dining Hall)

            Registration:  8:15-9:00 a.m. (Middle/West Tennessee WCG)

            Devotions:  9:00-9:30 a.m. (CheChe Mobley)

            Theme Conference: 10:00-11:30 a.m. “Dispatched by God”: Leader: Martha Williams; Hostess:  Kentucky WCG

            Lunch:  12:00-1:00 p.m. (Main Dining Hall)

            Mission Conference:  2:00-3:30 p.m. Missions Leader: Rev. Kathi Sellers; Hostess:  East Tennessee WCG

            FREE TIME:  3:30-5:30 p.m.

            Dinner:  5:30-6:30 p.m. (Main Dining Hall)
